Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Easy Identifier account and the data associated with it.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Easy Identifier.
2. Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Cannot open the app?

Email us from the address linked to your account at [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Easy Identifier account" and your username. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, profile photo) and sign-in tokens.
• Your community posts, comments, likes and shares, including photos you uploaded.
• Your friend list, blocked-user list, notifications, reports and appeals you submitted.
• Files you shared through the app.

What is kept

• Purchase records (transaction IDs and dates, not linked to your name or email) are kept for accounting, fraud prevention and refund handling as required by the app stores.
• Content deleted from our servers may remain in encrypted backups for a short period before it is permanently removed.

Deletion cannot be undone. Any remaining in-app coins are lost, and purchased coins cannot be restored; a VIP subscription can be restored with "Restore purchases". Subscriptions are managed by Google Play / the App Store; cancel them in the store to stop future charges.

Xoá ngay trong ứng dụng

1. Mở Easy Identifier.
2. Vào Cài đặt và chọn Xoá tài khoản.
3. Đọc nội dung xác nhận rồi xác nhận. Tài khoản được xoá ngay.

Không mở được ứng dụng?

Gửi email từ địa chỉ gắn với tài khoản tới [email protected], tiêu đề "Xoá tài khoản Easy Identifier", kèm tên người dùng. Chúng tôi sẽ xoá trong vòng 30 ngày và báo lại qua email.

Dữ liệu bị xoá

• Hồ sơ (tên, email, ảnh đại diện) và token đăng nhập.
• Bài viết, bình luận, lượt thích, chia sẻ trên cộng đồng, kể cả ảnh bạn đã tải lên.
• Danh sách bạn bè, danh sách chặn, thông báo, báo cáo và khiếu nại bạn đã gửi.
• Tệp bạn đã chia sẻ qua ứng dụng.

Dữ liệu được giữ lại

• Lịch sử giao dịch mua (mã giao dịch và ngày, không gắn với tên hay email của bạn) được giữ để đối soát, chống gian lận và xử lý hoàn tiền theo yêu cầu của cửa hàng ứng dụng.
• Dữ liệu đã xoá có thể còn trong bản sao lưu mã hoá một thời gian ngắn trước khi bị xoá hẳn.

Không thể hoàn tác việc xoá. Số xu còn lại sẽ mất và xu đã mua không thể khôi phục; gói VIP có thể khôi phục bằng «Khôi phục mua hàng». Gói đăng ký do Google Play / App Store quản lý; hãy huỷ trên cửa hàng để không bị tính phí tiếp.
